Thank you for purchasing Phot-R.
Phot-R products are built to stringent quality control standards. As photographers ourselves, we use the products that we sell; and stand behind their quality and usability.
We monitor the manufacturing of every Phot-R product. Our quality control procedures are set in place specifically for each product model. No product leaves our partner factories without being tested to operate correctly. All of this is done to deliver the best possible product to our valued customers.
However should any issues arise, we have the following warranty policy in place to protect our valued customers. Please take the time to read the entire policy prior to contacting Phot-R; ensuring that your clam falls within the warranty criteria.
Phot-R products carry a 1 year worldwide warranty from the original date of purchase to the original owner (proof of purchase required). This warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. Issues that are not covered by the warranty include normal wear and tear, improper installation, product modification, attempting to access electronics, modifying electronics, damage or failure due to accidents, misuse, abuse and or neglect.
This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification made to the product. The warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item, and repair or replacement is the sole remedy of the warranty. The warranty extends from the date of purchase, applies only to the original owner, is not transferable and applies only to products purchased through and authorised dealer or distributor. Phot-R is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Local laws may not allow for the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. Any warranty claims must be through an authorised dealer, distributor or directly with Phot-R.
